At this retreat, you will explore natural healing modalities and practices with yoga, meditation, reiki and art. Weaving together wisdom of nature & ancient alchemy of self- healing, allows us to explore our innate healing abilities, which is the most significant means of natural healing. We will be working together to amplify wellness through the ancient practice of yoga, breathworks, meditation and internal expression of the self through art. Nestled in the embrace of Mother Gaia, this retreat will take place at the serene magic mountain of Schatzalp in Davos, Switzerland. Berghotel Schatzalp, a historical Art Nouveau hotel which was a centre for healing, a Sanatorium in the early 1900’s. True to the vision of the initial founder, choosing Schatzalp as our location for this retreat couldn’t feel more aligned to our intentions and visions for this retreat. Daily yoga and most activities will take place in a private cosy wooden chalet. Enchanting evening strolls through the Alpinum Schatzalp, the only privately recognized botanical garden in the canton of Graubünden and there’s nothing more blissful than sitting in silence in a flower garden that’s 1861 meters up above ground. Wellness sessions are on offer in your private time during the retreat to relax and unwind after long nature walks around the stunning trails and waterfall in the surrounding of the hotel. Yoga & meditation sessions will be conducted in English while art sessions will be dual language; German & English.
